June 23, 2009   On 23 June 2009, the Solactis® team was pleased with the publication of the second editions of The Prebiotics and Probiotics Handbook which includes an entire chapter on Solactis® galactofructose.
The Prebiotics and Probiotics Handbook was published for the first time in 2000 and has become a reference for players in the food industry who seek information on prebiotics and probiotics.
